CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions are always welcomed. Any refunds requested on or before January 27, 2012 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Any refund requests received between January 27, 2012 and February 10, 2012 will be subject to a $250 processing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the Annual Conference.
Onsite Registration Policy – All on site registrations receieved after February 1, 2012 are not guarenteed a conference gift.
